OUR PROJECT

From personal help to a shared path.

ANIMAL HOPE GREECE is currently a private animal welfare project with a foster home in Pieria, on the Olympic Riviera in Greece.

How it all begins

Practical help starts above all with dogs found in the Aiginio area or handed over to us. In our private foster home they receive care, rest and safety. Where needed, we work gently on fears and social behaviour before we look for a permanently suitable home. As far as our resources allow, we also help cats and other animals.

What matters to us

Every animal has its own story. We want to take its needs seriously, make decisions carefully, and show openly what is already possible and what still needs to be built.

Today

Private foster home, personal care and coordination of specific animal-welfare cases with the municipality of Pydna-Kolindros, based in Aiginio, and with veterinarians.

Next steps

Further strengthen reliable procedures for adoptions within Greece and abroad, bring in suitable partners, and in parallel clarify legal form and organisation.

Long-term perspective

Develop a professional intake and rehoming structure. A licensed facility of our own is a future goal, not an existing service.

Connected with Greece. Open to cooperation.

Our work begins in the Pieria region. For specific animal-welfare cases we already cooperate with the responsible municipality of Pydna-Kolindros, based in Aiginio. For foster homes, rehoming, professional exchange and safe transport we are building further contacts. We publish names, logos and formal partnerships only with explicit consent.

An independent project

ANIMAL HOPE GREECE is being built organisationally and financially separately from SJH NORTHWAVE NETWORK. Its later presentation as a heartfelt project on the company website serves visibility. The animal-welfare work has its own website and its own structures.

Would you like to follow our progress?

Questions, professional experience and concrete offers of cooperation are welcome.
