We took Rico in from the streets together with his seven siblings. Of Rico, Amigo and Bandy, Rico is the shyest. This sensitive young male dog urgently needs calm, patient people who will take him under their wing and give him time to build trust.

What we know about him

Rico needs calm, patient people who give him time to build trust and settle comfortably into his new home. Like his siblings, he loves playing freely in the garden. Rico is not yet familiar with a harness or lead and should be introduced to both gently and in small steps. He has not met children yet either. Living with children can be considered after a calm, supervised introduction.

A safe temporary place is no substitute for a home of his or her own. For Rico, we are looking exclusively for a home in a house with a securely fenced garden and plenty of exercise. It does not matter whether the house is rented or owned. Living in a flat is not an option.

Before adoption

If adopted, Rico will be prepared for transport and travel in accordance with the legal requirements applicable at that time.
